I. SJ-25 Single Screw Extruder Configuration:

5) Reducer: Gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. Gears (shafts) undergo processes such as carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding. Gear accuracy is GB10095-88, grade 6, with gear surface hardness of HRC56-62°.

6) The single screw barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, fully nitrided to 0.4~0.5mm. The barrel uses a special air-cooling device and is heated in three sections with stainless steel resistance heaters. The barrel temperature control instrument is digital and intelligent, ensuring accurate temperature measurement and control.
